Ahead of the 2022 Cazoo FishOMania at Westwood Lakes, this Saturday, 23 July. We profile all 25 anglers and tell you a little about them.

  2. Place you first went fishing – Alkrington Angling Club, Middleton, Manchester
  3. Favourite place to go fishing – Natural: River Stour (Dorset) Commercial: Viaduct Fishery
  4. What would you do with the £50,000 if you have one?  The vast majority will be invested into property, the wife will almost certainly have her eyes on something and whatever is left I’ll almost certainly spend in a tackle shop!
  5. Favourite method – Pellet waggler for big carp
  6. First FishO Memory – Watching on TV as a young boy and aspiring to get into a final

  4. Favourite place to go fishing – Sykehouse Fisheries 
  5. What would you do with the £50,000 if you won? – Take my family on holiday 
  6. Favourite method – pole shallow 
  7. First FishO memory whether from competing or watching – Jamie Hughes when he won with barbel is the most memorable FishO for me, apart from winning it myself

  2. Place you first went fishing – Local water called Stone Pit when i was a kid
  3. Favorite place to go fishing – Woodlands Lakes in Thirsk or Partridge Lakes
  4. What would you do with the £50,000 if you won? – Go on holiday and maybe put a deposit down on another house
  5. Favorite method – Meat on the short pole
  6. First FishO memory – When i went and watched my mate Andy Bennett go on to win FishO and lift the trophy for the first time at Hayfield Lakes,  the atmosphere was brilliant that day

  2. First place you went fishing –  Local Pond
  3. Favourite place to fish – Mescar Fisheries
  4. What would you do if you won the £50,000? Put the cash into daughter’s savings
  5. Favourite method – Carp shallow
  6. First FishO memory – Qualifying for Fisho for the first time in 2009 for the first final held at Cudmore.
  7. Bank runner Name – Richard Chapman
  8. FishO Stat – 11th consecutive final – 12th in total. Three-time winner

  2. First place you went fishing – Belhus Park with my grandad 
  3. Favourite place to fish – Tunnel Barn Farm 
  4. What would you do if you won the £50,000? Enjoy it and treat everyone around me that’s helped throughout the years 
  5. Favourite method – Shallow Fishing 
  6. First FishO memory – Steve Ringer winning it
